Heather has been honored with the Outstanding Graduate Student Award for her innovative work in the Biology department, which focused on the investigation of amino acid supplementation in red blood cells and necessitated the establishment of new laboratory assays and the promotion of external collaborations. Cam has also received the Outstanding Contribution By A First-year Student Award in recognizing his remarkable progress in the Cordy lab, his persevering dedication in the classroom and his help with other teaching assistants throughout his first year of PhD studies.
